Super Rush
Direct, priority runs of roughly 90 minutes for the most urgent items (cut-off 2:00 pm).
Next-day 10:30 am
For time-sensitive shipments that need to arrive early the next day (cut-off 3:00 pm).

Common questions
What is the cut-off for same-day and next-day delivery?
Same-day 5pm closes at 10:00 am, Rush at 12:00 pm, Direct at 1:00 pm and Super Rush at 2:00 pm. Both next-day services, 10:30 am and 5pm, close at 3:00 pm the day before. Pallets travel on the next-day services only. If you call after the cut-off we will always try to help or arrange next-day delivery for first thing in the morning.
Do you pick up from my location?
For commercial shipments we pick up from your door, terms apply. For personal shipments pickup is available for an additional payment, or you can drop your shipment off at our store.
Are my shipments insured?
Smart Save Courier does not include insurance coverage with standard shipments. Additional coverage is available through a third-party insurance provider for customers who require it. Ask us about the options when you book.
How can I pay?
For commercial customers we bill monthly for completed deliveries. For walk-in customers, payment can be made by Interac e-Transfer, cash, cheque or direct bank transfer. We also accept credit cards, with a 3% processing fee.
How are rates calculated for same-day and next-day services?

What areas do you serve for same-day and next-day services?
Same-day covers Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto plus surrounding cities including Etobicoke, Concord, Georgetown, Vaughan, Milton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Oakville, North York and Guelph. Anything within roughly 60 km is available same-day for both parcels and pallets. For next-day we use trusted partners to reach Ajax, Bolton, Burlington, Oshawa, Kingston, Kitchener, Hamilton, Brantford, Barrie, Waterloo, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Whitby, Aurora, Newmarket, Windsor and North Bay. We also offer long-distance options across Canada, within the USA, and between the two.
What if no one is available for delivery?
If nobody is available and we cannot reach the sender or receiver, we arrange another delivery time. If you ask us to, we can also leave the shipment at the mailbox, gate or doorstep. Additional charges may apply.
What kind of packages do you deliver?
A wide range, from small envelopes and personal packages through to larger commercial shipments and containers: documents and paperwork, parcels, car parts and automotive items, personal belongings and gifts, business supplies, samples and equipment, commercial pallets and skids, and freight and container shipments.
Can you deliver legal or banking documents?
Yes. Time-critical documents, legal papers and banking envelopes are some of the most common items we carry, handled by our own drivers with proof of delivery on arrival.
