We ship parcels, gifts and personal shipments across Canada, within the USA, India, Nigeria and Dubai, and worldwide to over 220 countries. We also move commercial pallets within Canada and the USA and cross-border, handling all the customs paperwork from start to finish.

For urgent local items, our Super Rush option runs direct in roughly 90 minutes and a dedicated Direct trip in about 120 minutes, with Rush deliveries in around four to five hours. National and international timing depends on the destination and service level.

Yes. We offer free local pickup across the GTA for local deliveries, including scheduled recurring routes for businesses that ship every day. For personal shipments, pickup is charged at cost, depending on the mileage and the weight of the shipment. Just tell us the address and a driver comes to you.

In Canada and internationally, we route parcels and documents through trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator and Canpar.

For larger commercial or personal shipments, we have direct access to air and ocean freight services worldwide, like IATA and MSC.

For pallet and ground freight, we work with trusted partners such as Day & Ross, Manitoulin Transport and Purolator Freight.

Yes. Through our group freight division, Nordic Shipping Canada, we offer air, sea and road freight, warehousing and distribution, and customs clearance, all coordinated from our Brampton base.

Courier pricing is a flat rate based on the pickup and destination, the size and weight, and the speed you need, agreed up front. For international parcels, the charge is based on the greater of actual or dimensional weight. Ask for a quote for an exact price.

Standard shipments do not include insurance coverage. Additional coverage is available through a third-party insurance provider for customers who require it. Ask us about the options when you book.
