FAQ

Common questions

How do I start?

Call us on (647) 534-4630 with the destination and the funeral home you are working with. We will talk through what is needed and confirm what we can arrange before you commit to anything.

Do you work with our funeral director?

Yes, and we prefer to. Much of the documentation has to come from the funeral homes at each end, so we coordinate with them directly and keep the family out of the paperwork.

What paperwork is involved?

It varies by country and typically includes a death certificate, an embalming or preparation certificate, and consular and customs documentation. We will confirm the specific requirements for your route.

How long does it take?

It depends on the route, on airline schedules and on how quickly the documentation can be completed at both ends. We will give you a realistic timeline once we know the destination, and we will tell you if something is likely to delay it.

Talk to someone who can help.

Call us and we will talk through what needs to happen, what we can arrange, and what it will take. No obligation.
